I specialize in editing art publications and academic writing, in addition to fiction both long and short, with a spot of legal and business copy thrown in.
I have line edited and copyedited exhibition catalogues, critical essays, scholarly texts, and artist books for publishers and institutions such as Edith-Russ-Haus for Media Art (Germany), Fillip (Canada), Henie Onstad Kunstsenter (Norway), Haus der Kulturen der Welt (Germany), Malmö Art Academy (Sweden), MoMA PS1 (US), New Documents (Canada/US), Vancouver Art Gallery (Canada), and Whitechapel Gallery (UK), as well as for individual writers, artists, and scholars.
I’ve also written marketing, blog, and website copy for various businesses and organizations, as well as essays and reviews for publications such as Pop Matters, The List, Art Agenda, and Undercurrents.
I hold an MRes in Creative Practices from the Glasgow School of Art and a BA in Art History and English Literature from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.
